| A: | $135 – Double Loft to loft both beds |
| Q: | When do I pay for my loft and how? |
| A: | You do not have to pay until you pick up your loft order. Cash, check, money order and traveler’s checks are accepted. |
| Q: | When will I receive my loft? |
| A: | Your loft will be available on the day you choose when you place your reservation. You can pick your loft up at a time that is convenient for you. |

| Q: | Why do I want to lease my loft instead of buying one? |
| A: | You save money by leasing your loft, as much as $100 per Double loft. |
| Q: | What tools or instructions will I need to assemble my loft? |
| A: | No tools are required. Assembly is done completely by hand. Each loft comes with everything you need to install the loft. Included in each kit are easy to follow, step-by-step, illustrated, instructions. Loft parts are labeled for easy identification. |
| Q: | How much time will it take me to install my loft? |
| A: | 45 minutes for a Double. |
| Q: | Will I be able to assemble my loft? |
| A: | For over 25 years students and parents have followed the step-by-step instructions to easily assemble their loft. |
| Q: | Will my loft meet university guidelines? |
| A: | Your loft has been designed and constructed to exceed all university specifications. |
| Q: | What do I do with my loft at the end of the year? |
| A: | A return location is available at Cary Southwest on the Saturday prior to Finals Week. |
